Born in Iowa and raised in Colorado Springs, Colin Humlicek brings a unique blend of determination and enthusiasm to his role as Corporate Trainer at Luma Marketing. His journey reflects a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. After spending a year studying mechanical engineering at Colorado State University, Colin transitioned to entrepreneurship, running his own window-washing business before joining the team in late October 2024.

Colin’s favorite aspects of Luma Marketing are the team environment, travel opportunities, and the unlimited potential for growth—factors that drive his passion for the company’s mission. Inspired by watching people transform their lives through their work, Colin finds immense fulfillment in fostering growth and success within the team.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys staying active through sports, particularly rugby and football, which reflect his competitive and team-oriented spirit. Guided by the mantra “Carpe Diem: Seize the Day,” he strives to make the most of every opportunity while supporting his family and working toward complete personal freedom.
