Caleb Alexander is a Corporate Trainer at Luma Marketing, where he channels his passion for growth, people, and purpose into helping others succeed. A Northern Virginia native, Caleb studied Theatrical Arts at Northern Virginia Community College, where he developed not only a creative mindset but also a deep appreciation for communication, adaptability, and storytelling—skills that now serve him well in leadership and training.
Prior to joining Luma, Caleb gained valuable sales experience with Cutco and later took on a major role in logistics training with AWS, where he successfully rebuilt and rolled out a new national training program for logistics employees across the country. That experience taught him how to lead with clarity, build systems from the ground up, and inspire others to level up—qualities that now empower his team at Luma.
What Caleb loves most about Luma is the sense of direction and community. For the first time, he sees a future he’s excited to fight for—and it’s the people around him who push him to chase it every day. His approach to life is rooted in curiosity; he describes learning new hobbies as a hobby in itself. For Caleb, life is too short to live small, and he strives to enjoy every bit of it.
One quote that defines his perspective comes from poet Shane Koyczan: “Every weed is a flower, just trying to make it work.”* Caleb believes that with the right mindset and effort, anyone can grow through what they go through—and he’s proof of it.
